I am deeply grateful to everyone who voted in the August primary and to the many neighbors, volunteers, friends, and supporters who made this campaign possible.
Thank you to everyone who opened a door and talked with me, displayed a yard sign, volunteered, contributed, shared information about the campaign, or simply took the time to tell me what matters to you and your family.
The unofficial results show that I received a majority of the votes cast for Ward 1 City Commissioner. Under the Walker City Charter, a candidate who receives a majority in the primary is elected to the office.
We are awaiting the official results and notice from the City Clerk.
I am honored by the confidence Ward 1 voters have placed in me, and I am ready to work for Walker.
